Imposter Syndrome (x3)

Imposter - a fake, a fraud, a failure

Musings of Mereology

"Where is the line between self-care and self-absorption?"

The Ups and Downs of a Swing

I’m not sure a normal, abled person is aware of the hyper vigilance the simple name of an illness can spark in those diagnosed with it.

The Automatic Self

Depersonalization. The automatic self. Life on auto-pilot.

The Scale of Intelligence

the medical field is pretty firm on this point: schizophrenia doesn’t affect a person’s intelligence . . . oh, but yes, it does.

Depression Memes

What depression memes do is muddy the waters of those conversations.

Two, Many Faces

Prosopometamorphosia is a somewhat rare visual hallucination of altered and distorted faces.

ABOUT

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia when I was 19. Now in my mid 20s, life looks way different than I had ever imagined.

When I was trying to figure out how to live a disabled life after graduating college, a doctor told me something that I intend to use for the rest of my life . . .

If you can't fix it, feature it.

Welcome to my blog.

Please enjoy the ramblings of a schizophrenic.
